Terms & Conditions

Vouchers are valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated and bookings are subject to availability. Monetary vouchers can be redeemed against overnight stays, spa days, spa treatments, dining and afternoon tea and reservations must be made direct with the hotel and not through a third party. Please note, monetary vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers. No change can be given. Please be aware that vouchers must be presented on arrival for your experience. Group monetary vouchers cannot be redeemed against more than one property. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
