Vouchers are valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated and subject to availability. Your voucher credit must be used during one visit. Treatments take place in one of our single or double treatment rooms and are performed by a female or male therapist. Please present your voucher on arrival for your experience. Price per person except couples therapies. Vouchers are non-refundable. Please book your treatment in advance by calling 01904 644744 or emailing no1.spa@guesthousehotels.co.uk. Please note we don't have any wet facilities at our GuestHouse Spas and treatments are for over 18s only.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver items the next working day, with many arriving within 1–3 working days, including Saturdays. While it offers rapid, fully tracked service (often arriving in 24 hours), it is not a guaranteed next-day service. It covers 7 days a week, with Sunday deliveries in select locations.
If your order was placed prior to 1pm on a standard working day, it will be posted the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be posted the next working day. Please note that orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be posted out on the following Monday.
